Quality team reviewing SGS test reports before tinplate export shipment

European and American importers do not buy steel on trust - they buy it on certificates. Before any tinplate or steel strip leaves our factory, the material has passed SGS testing and is qualified to enter the European and American markets.

A complete export file should include the mill test certificate (heat number, chemical composition, mechanical properties), coating weight report, dimensional inspection record and, when required, a third-party inspection report from SGS or another agency nominated by the buyer.

Packing matters as much as paperwork. Coils travel in seaworthy standard wooden pallets with corner protection; sheets are bundled, strapped and wrapped. For humid routes, VCI paper and desiccants prevent white rust on galvanized product.

The result: containers that open at your customer's warehouse exactly as they left ours. If you are auditing new suppliers, ask for a sample document pack - we are happy to share ours.
